interviewer formally.
3) Keep your private life?well, private. Don’t address anything personal in
a resume or in an interview, unless told so. This helps in not prejudging
you.
4) Winging it. “One of the biggest turn-offs for a
hiring manager is when a candidate they are interviewing has not done the
research necessary to understand both the position and the company they are
applying for,” says Kip Hollister of Hollister Inc., a New England
staffing firm.
5) Dressing for success. Don’t show up to an interview dressed up to sexy,
casual, with too much jewelry, or cologne. Now what the position asks for and
dress accordingly.
