And to think of all that money I’ve spent on commercial diet-beverages with chemicals added to them in order to make the other chemicals taste better - when I could’ve had a glass of water… As obvious as it may seem that drinking water is better than drinking sodas, the truth is so much greater. Water is practically a miracle weight-loss drug - for more reasons than you can imagine.

Anyone who has ever gone on a diet can tell you how difficult it is to
lose weight. To complicate matters, a great deal of the time it is almost
impossible to keep it off.

It is not unfair to compare losing weight with giving up smoking. The
person who has been overweight for some time has acquired both bad eating habits
and a lifestyle not conducive to maintaining a healthy weight.

Just like smoking, over eating and eating the wrong types of food are habits
that are very difficult to break.

The Diet Based On Common Sense

In this article I am going to describe what I believe is the perfect diet, a diet built on common sense. I have attempted a number of different weight loss programs over the last few years, most with very little success. The problem with most of these diets was the fact that what they were expecting me to do and eat was just not practical and in certain instances, possible. I am more than happy with this common sense diet as it has not only helped me to lose a lot of weight, it has also enabled me to keep the weight off. I hope this diet proves as successful for you as it has for me.
