Reasons Many Dont Join Your Business

I thought I was good in Network Marketing, and then I lost $3500 in one day. At that time I had a lot to learn about making money from home or working from home.

I haven’t told many this but, I see so many making the same mistakes. So I have to swallow my pride and help them.

Many online Gurus have the sites telling how much they made in xyz time (most of the time this was a one time mystical moment) but many don’t tell you when they lost money with their adventure and the true reason.

I am going to tell you the time I lost $3500 in one day that may be more then some have made online altogether. This information will help you not to make the same mistake I made.
I remember it like it was yesterday I lost a $3500 prospect and I was given a hint to what the prospect wanted and didn’t deliver.

Let me ask you why do prospects join a business? You will be surprised by the answer.
The most important aspect to a prospect joining a business is not how much money they can make from home, the compensation plan or the product. (Most don’t even care about the product as long as they can make some money with it) the #1 reason people join a business is not the support or training they will get.

Are you ready to learn the #1reason, it is You The Presenter. People join you not your company or money making Ideas, they join You. But back to how I lost $3500 in one day.

The prospect was ready to join they were joining me they like me the presenter but here is a mistake many make. It has to do with the brain. Many top sales men use this, and we all fall for it many times. It has to do with accessing the right side of the brain. I know this now and want to share this with you. You may not be loosing $3500 prospects yet it may just be $50 -$500 deals but if you stick with me you will be doing $3500 deals and this will prevent you from blowing it.
The fact is most people buy because of emotion. Even if something is rational and logical to buy the right side of the brain handles imagination emotions etc. This can prevent you from going forward with the logical rational decision. It can be put the other way around if something is illogical and not rational you may still do it if the right side of the brain takes over. We have all done it bought something we never use, when we bought it we imagined all the thing we were going to do with it and got excited.

I had a prospect that wanted me to access the right side of the brain after they were sold. They told me “I need some encouragement that this will work. I need to make $60k in 3months” I knew this was possible with the program we were using. Foolishly though I started to explain how we were going to make the $60k needed. It seemed logical to me and it seemed to close the deal. They said ok, and that they were going to get everything together then call me tomorrow. Two days later they backed out. Why?

It was not the money, they joined later with someone that kept selling them the dream. If I would have concentrated on selling what they could do with the money, how quick it can be made, how they can work from home, and accessed the right side of the brain. They would have joined me and I could have shown them how to make the money they wanted.

Unfortunately the person they join may not be able to really help them, because they were teaching methods that work for only 5% of the people that join work from home opportunities. So if you want to keep your prospect from going some were else, keep their dream in mind.
