If your family is active, then you may want to think about getting more than one stroller. It is ok to have more than one, because each one has a separate job to do. If you are a runner and are looking to get back into shape as quick as possible after your baby is born, then a big fancy stroller is not going to work. There are different types of strollers for different activities. You don’t have to stop your life just because you had a baby. Whatever it is you like to do, bring them along.
Strollers come in many types and brands. If you are looking for something small and compact, then look into getting an umbrella stroller. These lightweight strollers are perfect for grabbing when you are on the go. They are so compact that they can fit in the trunk of your car without having to take up the whole thing.
If you are a runner and are looking for a stroller, then get a jogging stroller or an all-terrain stroller. These strollers have two smaller wheels in the back and a large wheel in the front. They have a lightweight frame and a deep seat for the child to sit snuggly in while you are jogging. Some have shock absorbers that you may need if you jog off the road or on bumpy roads.
If you do a lot of hiking, then you may want to invest in a hiking stroller. These strollers can be used for walking, hiking, or cross country skiing. The netting on the front keeps your little ones from having to deal with bugs or other debris that may fly in their face and eyes. These are even great for trips to the zoo.
A standard stroller is what most parents have to take their children to the mall and the grocery store. Some have car seats that can be detached and fastened in the car. They have a storage area for carrying diaper bags and a canopy to cover your baby when it rains. Depending on your family, you may need more than one. If having one makes your life easier, then you should go for it.
