Breakthrough Exercises #1: Spinning like little kids

As crazy as this sounds, spinning helps with weight loss… BIG TIME! Why? Because it has the strange ability to balance out hormones that are unbalanced.

Since you, just like most people in the Western World, have unbalanced hormones, this is great news. For some reason, spinning stimulates your Endocrine System (it controls your hormones). It gets kinda tricky to explain it, but just know that spinning helps with weight loss… plain and simple.

What you do is spin clockwise with your arms out. You’ll want to get slightly dizzy. So you’ll need to practice a few times until you figure out the correct amount of times to spin.

Once you figure out that number, spin throughout the day… each time getting slightly dizzy. Takes just 15 seconds each time you do it.

2. Vacuum Pose to lose inches from the waist

Here’s the deal… you probably kinda know about sucking in your belly. This is similar except you suck in your lower belly, not your upper belly. BIG DIFFERENCE! So suck in your lower belly and hold it for 20-30 seconds. That’s it. Do this for a total of 5 minutes a day… don’t count the rest times.

You can do it all at the same time or spread it out… it makes no difference. My clients lose just over 1.75 inches in a month doing this for only 5 minutes a day.
