Exercise: The all important “vacuum pose”
This is the king of all belly reducing exercises. Nothing else is even close. Cardio exercises… NOPE. Sit ups and crunches… double NOPE!
This exercise alone can help you to lose nearly 2 inches in less than a month if you just did it for 5 minutes a day. Ok, I’ll shut up and just get to the exercise.
What you do is suck in your belly. Wait, wait, wait! I know what you’re thinking. Typical belly sucking in, huh? Well, it’s kinda like that, but most people do that wrong.
You need to suck in your LOWER belly, around you belly button… NOT your upper abs which is what just about everyone does. So suck that in and hold it for 20 seconds or longer. Keep repeating for a total of 5 minutes a day. Don’t count the rest times.
You can do this all at once or do it here and there when you get some time throughout the day. So 5 minutes a day for about 2 inches lost from your waist. If you’re more ambitious, do what my other clients have done and do it for 15-20 minutes a day so you can lose about 3 inches in a month.
