Play basketball or tennis or football for at least one hour in the evening to keep the muscles warm. If outdoor sports are not possible, do some freestyle and light to moderate speed swimming for at least one hour in the evening. Follow the evening workout session again with lemon water.
Now coming to diet. Diet plays an equally important role in weight loss as exercise and if you really want to shed 10 pounds in a week you cannot ignore it. You will have to immediately shun the consumption of any kind of unsaturated fats. No more burgers, hot dogs, pizzas or any other form of junk food for you. Also bid goodbye to your peanut butter and ice creams. It is high time that you realize the importance of fresh fruits and vegetables if you want to lose 10 pounds in a week. Eat lots of green vegetables, salad items like tomatoes, radish, carrots, cucumbers etc. Replace your intake of carbohydrates like potatoes with protein rich items like sprouts, pulses, lean chicken and meat, fish etc. Fresh fruits and veggies restore the vitamin and mineral deficiency of the body thereby helping to increase the rate of metabolism which in turn helps to burn more calories and faster.
