Instead of saturated fats, have the good fats such as monounsaturated and omega 3 fats. You also want to avoid high GI carbohydrates and sugary foods, as both are foods that stimulate insulin production, which will interfere with your HGH production.

So you see there’s no need to go to the extreme of having HGH supplements of injections.
