When it comes to making automated profits online, one of the fastest ways is through affiliate marketing. As you may know, affiliate marketing is a system that allows you to promote a product you didn’t create, make sales, and earn commissions. It’s the fastest way to get started in business online.

One way to make affiliate profits is to create content sites with your affiliate advertisements on them. However, this requires some technical knowhow and also takes time. If you want to create fast residual income with affiliate programs, automated marketing systems are the key.

Firstly, sign up for an affiliate program of your choice from one of these:

- Clickbank

- Commission Junction

- Amazon

Personally, my favorite is Clickbank because the commissions are high (50-75%).

Then decide where you are going to advertise your affiliate link. Some of the best places to advertise are:

- Google Adwords

- Forums (through signatures)

- Articles (submit them to article directories)

- Classified ads (Craigslist, US Free Ads)

Do note that Craigslist does not accept direct links to affiliate products. However, you can set up a simple blog page that has a link to your affiliate product. Consistently spend a little time each day marketing at these avenues and you will eventually create an automated income online.

If you work your day job, keep it for the moment, but if you have plans to quit your job, work at your business part time until you are making a substantial income from it. Keep building your business, and the profits will come!
